For orders within the contiguous United States, LOWEST offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping, $20 2-3 day express shipping, and $30 1-2 day rush shipping. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ONCE AVAILABLE, WILL BE SHIPPED VIA DHL EXPRESS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE 1-2 DAY ORDER PROCESSING WINDOW.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
LOWEST does not offer international shipping at this time. WE HOPE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
RETURNS
LOWEST offers complimentary returns to all USA customers WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND/OR CERTIFICATES ATTACHED. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY OR CANCEL THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. LOWEST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ALL RETURNS AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES.
RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. THIS PERIOD MAY BE LONGER DURING PEAK PERIODS. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UPON THE ARRIVAL AND SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD FOR THE ORDER. FOR REFUNDS ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING PROCESSING FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

LOWEST is happy to offer our customers an extended 21-day return window for all orders placed FROM DECEMBER 1 UNTIL JANUARY 2.
