CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Please be sure to double-check your order details to ensure a prompt and seamless delivery experience.

If an order was placed by mistake, an exception may be made, but this will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Address updates can be requested within 12 hours of original order confirmation, but are not guaranteed. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

For orders placed on mirramw.com, please contact ourlowest@gmail.com to initiate a return. You have up to 14 days from the original delivery date to return an item, no questions asked.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND/OR CERTIFICATES ATTACHED. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY OR CANCEL THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. LOWEST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ALL RETURNS AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

LOWEST accepts all major credit cards and payment methods including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must be purchased by a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

Other payment methods will vary per region: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?

Fit details with measurements are found on the product page specific to the item.

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THE PACKAGE HASN'T MOVED. WHY?

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
